New Zealand Surfers - Kahuna Boardrider's Club

Along the rocky and exposed West Coast of New Zealand are a few surf spots beloved by the locals, including the Cobden breakwater at the mouth of the Grey River.

A friendly group of local surfers welcome everyone to the breakwater several times a year for friendly competition. Their first summer event of 2025 arrived on a day with rough weather, but the participants were all champions in adverse conditions.
